Grimoire Portal

Grimoire Portal is a small private tool run by one person: Rubirod. It is not a public service and has no sign-up.

What it does. The Portal is a Google Apps Script web app attached to the owner's own Google Sheet, "The Grimoire". It receives requests from the owner's own AI assistant (Claude, through a small relay the owner runs on Cloudflare) and writes new entries and edits into that Sheet. It can also read the Sheet back so the owner can check what was saved. Before any change it keeps a copy of the earlier cell values in an archive tab inside the same Sheet.

Who can use it. Only the owner's Google account. The Portal is not offered to other people.

What permissions it asks for, in plain words:

- See, edit, create and delete the owner's Google Sheets (so it can read and write The Grimoire).

- Show a menu or sidebar inside the Sheet.

- Connect to an external service (so it can read the title of a web address saved in an entry, and call Google's own Apps Script API to update itself).

- View and manage its own Apps Script project, and its own deployments (so the owner's assistant can install an update to the Portal and check that it still runs).

Your data. It stays in the owner's Google Sheet and Google account. Nothing is sold, advertised against or shared. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.
